Job Overview
The Learning Experience is seeking a Senior Manager Curriculum Implementation to drive high-quality, consistent curriculum implementation across our early childhood education centers.
This role combines ECE expertise, curriculum implementation, child assessment, teacher development, and instructional leadership. You will use assessment data, classroom observations, research, and center feedback to strengthen teaching practices and create practical training and resources for teachers and center leaders nationwide.
Key Responsibilities
Curriculum & Assessment
  • Support consistent implementation of TLE's curriculum across ECE classrooms
  • Apply child development research and developmentally appropriate practices to strengthen teaching and learning
  • Analyze child assessment and classroom observation data to identify trends and opportunities
  • Translate findings into curriculum, resource, and professional development recommendations
  • Support alignment with state Early Learning Standards
Training & Teacher Development
  • Serve as an ECE subject matter expert for curriculum and instructional training
  • Partner with Curriculum and Learning & Development to create scalable professional development
  • Develop training scripts, facilitator guides, presentations, and teacher resources
  • Create content for workshops, virtual training, and on-demand learning
  • Use data and feedback to continuously improve training and resources
Operations & Quality
  • Partner with Operations and center leaders to improve curriculum implementation
  • Develop practical solutions that strengthen classroom quality and teacher effectiveness
  • Support center leaders in communicating TLE's educational approach to families
  • Maintain knowledge of childcare licensing, Early Learning Standards, NAEYC standards, and developmentally appropriate practice
  • Support alignment of curriculum, training, and quality requirements
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Curriculum and Instruction, Education, or related field; Master's preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in early childhood education, curriculum implementation, instructional leadership, or teacher development
  • Strong knowledge of child development from birth through age five and developmentally appropriate practice
  • Experience supporting curriculum in preschool, childcare, or other ECE settings
  • Experience using child assessment or classroom observation data
  • Experience developing teacher training, professional development, or instructional resources
  • Familiarity with Early Learning Standards, childcare licensing, NAEYC, or similar quality standards
  • Excellent communication, presentation, organization, and project management skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience as a Preschool/Pre-K Teacher, Curriculum Director, Education Manager, Instructional Coach, or Early Childhood Specialist
  • Experience supporting multiple early childhood education locations
