Position Summary:

The Implementation Associate (IA) supports the onboarding of new Employers and Consultant partners into the ParetoHealth community by ensuring the operational and administrative components of implementation are executed accurately and on time in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

This role partners closely with Implementation Managers and cross-functional teams to coordinate documentation, maintain progress, and ensure key requirements are completed. The IC plays a critical role in reducing delays, improving accuracy, and enabling a smooth, organized onboarding experience.

This role operates in a high-volume environment, supporting many concurrent implementations and requiring strong organization, prioritization, and follow-through. It is ideal for someone who is highly detail-oriented, organized, and adaptable as processes and priorities continue to evolve.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage onboarding tasks and documentation, ensuring items are received, accurate, and completed on time
  • Support project setup, timelines, and onboarding workflows, taking ownership of follow-ups and task execution
  • Coordinate across internal teams and external partners (consultants, brokers, vendors) to maintain progress and alignment
  • Track onboarding status in Salesforce and InspirePlanner, proactively communicating updates and escalating risks or delays
  • Follow established processes with accuracy while remaining adaptable to evolving priorities and contributing to continuous improvement efforts

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1–3 years of experience in administrative, operations, or project coordination roles
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify errors and ensure accuracy
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through consistently
  • Clear and professional communication skills and ability to work across teams
  • Adaptable, flexible and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
