This is a hands-on consulting role in a fast-paced environment supporting multi-site dental platforms and DSOs.

Key Responsibilities

• Support front office, clinical, and revenue cycle workflows during system transitions
• Guide staff on system usage across platforms such as Denticon, Eaglesoft, Dentrix, Open Dental, or CareStack
• Troubleshoot system and workflow issues in real time during go-live and stabilization periods
• Validate data migration, including patient records, insurance, scheduling, imaging, and clinical documentation
• Support daily workflows, including scheduling, check-in and check-out, treatment planning, charge entry, payment posting, and claims
• Identify workflow gaps and adoption risks and provide structured feedback to leadership and implementation teams
• Deliver hands-on training and support to drive user adoption
• Document issues, risks, and operational challenges during implementations

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with dental practice management systems such as Denticon, Eaglesoft, Dentrix, Open Dental, or CareStack
• Experience supporting PMS implementations, conversions, or go-live events
• Strong understanding of dental operations, including front office and clinical workflows
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-change environment
• Strong communication skills working with providers, office managers, and operational leaders

Preferred Experience
• Background in dental consulting or practice operations
• Experience with software migrations, integrations, or system rollouts
• Experience training users on dental PMS platforms
• Exposure to revenue cycle workflows, including billing and insurance processes
• Experience supporting multi-location or enterprise dental platforms

Work Environment

• Travel required to support on-site go-live events and client implementations
• Average workload is approximately 32 hours per week
• Weekly schedules may vary based on client needs, implementation timelines, and go-live requirements
• Consulting-focused environment supporting multiple client locations
