Job PurposeThe Senior GIS Analyst will deliver location intelligence and mapping solutions to support brokers and internal teams. The role develops and maintains GIS applications and integrations, ensures GIS data quality, translates user requirements into production GIS workflows, and manages GIS project delivery for CRE accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver mapping and location-intelligence solutions by defining user requirements, designing workflows, and collaborating with brokerage and administrative teams.
  • Develop, deploy, and maintain GIS web and desktop applications that leverage spatial data.
  • Build and maintain integrations and ETL processes between GIS platforms and internal systems.
  • Maintain GIS data quality, metadata standards, and execute QA validation routines.
  • Act as project manager for GIS requests and deliverables and work directly with brokers to scope and implement solutions.
  • Analyze GIS problems and recommend technical solutions.
  • Publish GIS resources, documentation, and provide technical training.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Skills, Qualifications, and Competencies

  • Bachelor's degree in Geography, GIS, Urban Planning, Computer Science, Real Estate or related field preferred; relevant experience considered.
  • Minimum 2+ years hands‑on experience with ESRI products including ArcGIS Desktop and ArcGIS Pro and related add‑ins.
  • Commercial Real Estate GIS experience required.
  • Experience with Python programming; familiarity with ArcPy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Able to present technical work to non‑technical stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and customer‑service orientation.
  • Experience with AI applications (OpenAI, Anthropic) required.
