CLEARANCE REQUIRED : TS/SCI with Poly This job is located at: Washington D.C ***This position is contingent upon award of contract*** Job description: experienced Targeting Analyst capable of providing detailed, expert-level analysis of counterterrorism and counternarcotics information. The successful candidate will develop targets and analyze formal reporting to generate courses of action and to alert the U.S. Government to potential threats. The Targeting Analyst must establish and maintain productive community relationships and have the technical expertise and willingness to work with limited direction to achieve critical objectives. The Targeting Analyst will provide mission critical support to the Intelligence Community (IC) by reviewing, analyzing, and responding to requests for a variety of analytic products covering a wide spectrum of topics relevant at the national and global level. The successful targeting analyst candidate will leverage critical thinking and an entrepreneurial mindset in data exploitation, processing, and visualization, and be capable of independently triaging ana assessing large values of data in a fast-paced environment. All team members are expected to positively support a blended team environment through excellent verbal and written communications skills. Oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management. Reviews status of projects and budgets, manages schedules, and prepares status reports. Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives. Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, clients, and other stakeholders. Required Qualifications: * Active/current TS/SCI with polygraph * Minimum of 12 years with BS/BA, 10 years with MS/MA, or an additional 4 years with HSD * 12 years of experience, may have supervisory or management experience * 10+ years of experience working in three or more of the following: all-source analysis, HUMINT targeting, counterterrorism operations, counternarcotics analysis, or intelligence support to law enforcement operations * Proven ability to convey complex information in oral or written form * Experience with 24x7x365 operations * Experience analyzing current and emerging intelligence issues * Solid organizational skills and the willingness and ability to adapt to dynamic and unexpected customer requirements * Experience mentoring junior targateers or analysts Why work for QSL?
