Job description

Position Summary:ย 
This position will focus on the data analysis and visualization needs to support the HR department initiatives including business planning/financial reporting and strategy. ย This individual will be responsible for processing standard operating procedures, document management, compliance and improvements. ย  This position is based in our corporate offices in Reading, PA and is expected to be in office at least 4 days a week.

Major Responsibilities:

Data Analysis:ย 
Executing established analytical processes (including trending, correlation, financial, qualitative, forecasting, business planning and scenario planning analysis) and regular reporting for field and corporate leadership through creating and maintaining dashboards or tools to summarize, analyze and report key HR Business metrics. ย 
Data gathering and research. Conducted independently and as part of a team.ย 
Ad hoc reporting and analysis

Other projects assigned by the supervisor

Data Visualization:ย 
Prepare presentations synthesizing analysis into clear, understandable findings and recommendations.ย 
Collaborate with HR functional experts and business leadership to develop key metrics, design reports and deploy workforce planning tools.

Process Audit and Measurement:ย 
Document and maintain the Standard Operating Procedures for HR processes specific to the administration of labor agreements. ย 
2nd level customer support and monitoring systems for issues and data integrity. ย . Identify and correct errors using advanced problem solving skillsย 
Maintain standard data definitions to insure reporting and process consistency across all data elements, integrations and systems.ย 
Audit process accuracy and recommend process controls to reduce non-compliance.ย 
Create any training or support materials as needed for each procedure and/or metric. Coordinate the change control process.

Document Managementย 
Manage centralized process and system as it relates to documentation requirements for collective bargaining agreements, policies and procedures.ย 
Manage the rollout and communication of new features, enhancements, and document offerings.ย 
Administer document storage, collection, tagging, user access, reporting, and general maintenance.ย 
Validation and reporting of Collective Bargaining Agreement Terms and Conditionsย ย

Qualifications:ย 
Bachelor's Degree required. If no degree, equivalent work experience is required.ย 
With a bachelor's degree: 2 years of experience working in an analytical, data analysis or technology role. ย Work related to HR is preferred.ย 
Without a bachelor's degree: 4 years of continuous experience working in an analytical, data analysis or technology role. Work related to HR strongly preferred.ย 
Six Sigma Black Belt certification preferredย 
Intermediate level of experience with the following is required: ย Financial Analysis, Statistical Analysis, Data visualization and story telling, Business Software (MS Suite, Etc.), and Document Managementย 
Advanced level of knowledge with MS Excel is requiredย 
Beginner level of knowledge with Qlik designer and data mining is preferredย 
Must understand complex relationships and requirementsย 
Must have advanced problem-solving skillsย 
Ability to drive process change and adapt to system and business requirement changes quicklyย 
Must be able to determine how to combine data from multiple disjointed systems, how to overcome missing data from systems, and determine acceptable sample sizes in order to make conclusions.ย 
Ability to work in a collaborative environment requiredย 
Must have good communication and negotiation skillsย 
Experience with project management preferredย 
Must be process focused and have critical thinking skillsย
