Insurance Form Analyst information

What is an insurance form analyst?

Insurance Form Analysts are professionals who review, evaluate, and ensure the accuracy and compliance of insurance forms and documents. They check that policy forms adhere to state and federal regulations and are consistent with company guidelines. These specialists work closely with underwriters, compliance teams, and legal departments to identify discrepancies or errors and make recommendations for revisions. Their role is crucial in minimizing legal risks and ensuring that insurance products are clearly and accurately described to customers.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as an insurance form analyst?

To thrive as an Insurance Form Analyst, you need a solid understanding of insurance products, regulatory compliance, and attention to detail, typically supported by a degree in business, finance, or a related field. Familiarity with insurance management software, document management systems, and often proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite are essential technical requirements. Strong analytical thinking, effective communication, and organizational skills help distinguish top performers in this role. These competencies are crucial for ensuring accurate form preparation, regulatory adherence, and effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

What are some common challenges an insurance form analyst may face when reviewing complex policy documents?

Insurance Form Analysts often encounter challenges such as navigating varying state regulations, identifying inconsistencies or ambiguities in policy language, and ensuring that all forms comply with both internal standards and external legal requirements. These professionals must pay close attention to detail and stay up-to-date with frequent changes in insurance laws. Collaborating with underwriters, legal teams, and compliance officers is essential to resolve discrepancies and ensure accuracy in documentation.

Job description

LB Capital is hiring aย high-level Short-Form Video Editorย who understands that content isn't just about looking good, it's aboutย driving results.

We're looking for someone who can consistently produce content thatย captures attention, increases retention, and performs across platforms. If you know how to engineer viral moments, structure edits for watch time, and think in terms ofย engagement metrics, not just aesthetics, this role is for you.

This is not an entry-level editing role. We're looking for someone who canย own the outcome, not just the process.

What You'll Be Responsible For

Turning Content Into Performance Assets

  • Break down long-form content intoย high-performing short-form videosย for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts
  • Identify and extract moments with the highest potential forย virality, engagement, and conversion

Hook + Retention Engineering

  • Designย scroll-stopping hooks within the first 1-3 seconds
  • Structure edits to maximizeย watch time, completion rate, and replays

High-Level Creative Execution

  • Add captions, b-roll, motion graphics, and sound design withย intent not just decoration
  • Edit with a clear understanding ofย what keeps viewers watching vs. what loses them

Speed + Quality Workflow

  • Use OpusClip (or similar tools) to rapidly identify strong clips and create rough cuts
  • Finish content in Adobe Premiere Pro withย clean, polished, professional execution

Trend & Platform Intelligence

  • Stay ahead of trends, formats, and platform shifts
  • Adapt content quickly toย what's currently working not what worked last month

What We're Looking For

Proven Results (Not Just Experience)

  • You've created content thatย performsย (high views, engagement, retention not just "looks good")
  • Strong portfolio showingย winning short-form content

Advanced Editing Skills

  • Expert in Adobe Premiere Pro
  • Comfortable using AI tools like OpusClip to increase output and efficiency

Deep Understanding of Social Media

  • You understandย algorithms, retention curves, hooks, and pacing
  • You think in terms ofย performance metrics, not just visuals

Creative + Analytical Mindset

  • You knowย whyย a video works, and can repeat that success
  • You can adjust based on performance data and feedback

High Standards & Attention to Detail

  • Clean captions, proper formatting, safe zones, and audio balance are non-negotiable
  • You care about the final product like it represents your personal brand

What Success Looks Like in This Role

  • Content consistently hits strongย engagement and retention benchmarks
  • Output is bothย high-quality and high-volume
  • You become a key driver of LB Capital'sย social growth and brand presence

Why Join LB Capital?

  • Work directly with a team focused onย growth, performance, and results
  • Your work will haveย real visibility and measurable impact
  • Opportunity to grow into aย lead creative roleย as we scale

Benefits:

  • 401(k)
  • Dental insurance
  • Health insurance
  • Paid time off
  • Professional development assistance
  • Referral program
  • Vision insurance

Work Location: In person

$40,000 - $55,000 a year
