Job Responsibilities include:
  • Educate and recommend the best lenses, lens treatments, and frames for patients.
  • Accurately collect measurements.
  • Ordering lenses from the lab.
  • Filing insurance claims.
  • Final inspection of lab work and notifying patients that their order is ready.
  • Perform repairs and adjustments of glasses.

Requirements:
  • Experienced and skilled in the optical field.
  • Computer literacy includes strong typing/data entry skills, EHR Knowledge.
  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
  • Friendly, honest, self-motivated, and reliable.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficient in Mathematics.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • ABO certification is preferred, but not necessary.
