Location Requirements: 

  • Must be located in: Florida, Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, or Tennessee 

  • Candidates near Tampa should be open to occasional onsite client interaction 


What You’ll Be Doing 

You’ll own the estimating process from start to finish across a wide range of projects ($100K–$10M+) including healthcare, education, commercial, multifamily, hospitality, and more. 

Day-to-day, you’ll

  • Review plans, specs, and drawings to build accurate, competitive estimates 

  • Prepare bids using Accubid or similar estimating tools 

  • Analyze scope, pricing, and risk to ensure completeness and accuracy 

  • Source and evaluate vendor and subcontractor pricing 

  • Develop clear, competitive bid packages with inclusions/exclusions 

  • Partner with internal teams to finalize and deliver winning bids 

  • Support project handoff by clearly communicating scope and expectations 

  • Provide value engineering ideas to help maintain a competitive edge

Qualifications:  

  • 5+ years of electrical estimating experience 

  • Experience with Accubid LiveCount

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills 

  • Field experience is a plus 


Compensation: 

  • $100,000 – $125,000 for candidates with 5–10 years of experience 

  • $125,000 – $140,000 for candidates with 10+ years of experience
