What kind of training will I receive?

Is Prior insurance sales experience required?

No. You do not need to know anything about insurance or insurance sales to apply. We provide all of the product and sales training that you'll need to be successful.


Will I have to purchase my own leads?

Absolutely not. The agency provides consistent leads and also will provide a marketing budget for you to acquire new leads at events, purchased leads, and through direct marketing.


Is this a commission only position?

No. Our compensation plan includes a base salary of $36,000 plus uncapped commission and attractive bonuses.


What can I reasonably expect to make in the first year?

If you follow our sales process and by meeting the minimum sales standards, you can expect to make about $70,000 in your first year with base salary, commissions, and bonuses. If you exceed sales goals, the sky is the limit!
