Job description

Foster Insurance Services in Prescott Valley, AZ is seeking a driven, experienced Insurance Sales Producer who knows how to sell and consistently puts up strong numbers. We are looking for someone who is competitive, motivated, comfortable working leads, and confident asking for the sale.

This role is best suited for someone with prior insurance sales experience who has a proven history of meeting or exceeding production goals. Property & Casualty licensing is strongly preferred, and experienced producers from Allstate, State Farm, Farmers, independent agencies, or other personal-lines insurance backgrounds are encouraged to apply.

You will work with a steady flow of prospects, quote personal insurance products, follow up consistently, identify cross-sell opportunities, and close new business. We provide the leads, tools, support, and sales environment. We are looking for someone who can take advantage of those opportunities and produce.

Successful candidates should be comfortable with outbound calling, internet leads, high follow-up activity, sales goals, and being accountable for their results. If you are currently producing 40+ items or policies per month, consistently rank among the stronger producers in your office, or perform best in a high-volume sales environment, we would like to talk with you.

This is not an entry-level training position. We are specifically looking for an established producer who wants the opportunity to earn more based on performance.

Compensation includes a $25-$50 per hour base rate, plus uncapped commission and bonus opportunities. Pay within the hourly range will depend on experience, licensing, and demonstrated production history. Strong producers have significant earning potential, and our compensation structure is designed to reward results.

Full-time is preferred. Remote opportunities may be considered for proven high-producing insurance sales professionals.
