Well-established law firm is seeking an Associate Attorney to join its team in Westchester. This role offers exposure to a diverse range of matters including medical malpractice defense, general liability, insurance defense, construction-related claims, premises liability, and related litigation. 

Required Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
  • Admission to practice law in New York
  • 1–7 years of experience in insurance defense, medical malpractice, general liability, or related civil litigation
  • Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

OTHER:

  • Experience with construction accidents, Labor Law, premises liability, Child Victim Act, and/or non-profit cases a plus
  • Deposition experience
