Requirements
  • 5+ years of litigation, claims or senior paralegal experience. Strong preference for trucking/transportation litigation, commercial-auto liability, catastrophic-loss or insurance-defence experience.
  • Experience with a motor carrier, insurer, TPA, self-insured transportation company or transportation-defence law firm is highly desirable.
  • Candidate should have strong U.S. litigation/discovery knowledge, legal drafting ability, docket/file management skills and familiarity with trucking evidence and FMCSA-related documentation.

Benefits

    • Healthcare Benefit Package
    • Career Growth
    • A stable and structured work environment, ideal for experienced law clerks looking for a balanced, well-organized workload.
    • Focus on internal legal matters and file support - no external client development or business-generation pressure.
    • The opportunity to apply your expertise across a genuinely varied litigation, enforcement, corporate, and regulatory caseload within a growing North American organization.
