Job description

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Westlake, TX that is seeking a Data Engineer.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience as a product analyst, business analyst, or similar role in a digital or operational transformation environment focused on customer or associate facing solutions
* Strong understanding of operations workflows and processes, preferably in financial services or other regulated industry
* Ability to translate technical requirements and operational processes into intuitive, actionable product requirements
* Demonstrated experience informing product strategy and delivery, including opportunity identification, solution design, and working with technology teams for delivery
* Proficient with tools such as JIRA, JIRA Align, Confluence, Miro, or other analytics and product planning tools
* Proficient with agile development methodologies and working with cross-functional product teams, engineering teams and business stakeholders
* Strong communicator with proven stakeholder management and storytelling skills; Effectively conveys in technology terms verbal and written with usage of data and visualizations
* Problem-solver that can identify issues, explore solutions and identify next course of action
* Ability to have hard conversations with business stakeholders thru strong presentation skills of the data and analysis that helps influence the outcome of their decisions
* Proven experience with Structured Query Language (SQL) and programming in general.
* Strong understanding and experience with complex relational database schemas and SQL management tools
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
