At NeoVolta Power, we foster a culture grounded in fairness, transparency, compliance, and respect for every employee’s contribution — because building the future of energy starts with empowering the people who make it possible.
Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Finance Compliance Coordinator – Non-FEOC / IRA to join our Finance and Accounting team. This role supports the Company’s compliance with the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA), Non-FEOC standards, safe harbor documentation, and internal controls.
We welcome candidates from finance, audit, supply chain, or manufacturing backgrounds. While direct IRA experience is a plus, we are open to training a junior to mid-level candidate with strong documentation skills and a disciplined finance mindset. This position reports to the Finance Director and collaborates with Procurement, Supply Chain, Legal, and external consultants to maintain an audit-ready compliance process.
Key Responsibilities
Non-FEOC & IRA Compliance Support
  • Manage the collection and organization of supplier certifications, ownership records, and component data for IRA/Non-FEOC compliance.
  • Maintain audit-ready compliance trackers, document logs, and expiration lists.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and tax advisors to track missing documents and follow up on deadlines.
  • Monitor supplier changes (sourcing, materials, cost structure) that may impact compliance status.
Finance, Internal Control & Documentation
  • Support internal control processes, including walkthroughs, testing, and evidence retention for purchasing and inventory.
  • Maintain finance policies, accounting procedures, and control matrices.
  • Assist with documentation requests for auditors, consultants, and management.
  • Identify and escalate documentation gaps or process inconsistencies to the Finance Director.
Supplier & Cross-Functional Coordination
  • Serve as the point of contact for suppliers regarding ownership declarations and cost information.
  • Reconcile supplier data with BOMs, purchase orders, and ERP records.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain to ensure data consistency across departments.
  • Prepare internal status reports and compliance summaries.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
  • Experience: 1+ years in accounting, audit, internal control, or manufacturing documentation.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced Excel skills (trackers, reconciliations) and familiarity with ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, etc.).
  • Communication: Professional follow-up skills with internal teams and external vendors.
  • Preferred: Experience in renewable energy/BESS; familiarity with 45X, domestic content, or FEOC; bilingual English/Chinese is a plus.
Performance Expectations
  • Maintain 100% organized, audit-ready compliance files.
  • Proactively close open items with suppliers and consultants.
  • Ensure accurate alignment between compliance trackers and ERP system data.
  • Effectively escalate risks and inconsistent information to leadership timely.
