Your Impact
  • Provide administrative coordination to ensure projects under the ICT Department proceed in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Prepare, proofread, and distribute correspondence, reports, presentations, and technical documentation.
  • Support the preparation of reports and process flow charts using a variety of computer applications
  • Support the gathering of information and addressing follow-up questions in result of D&C Bright Idea submissions from general employees
  • Provide administrative assistance by preparing materials, building and maintaining meeting agendas, taking minutes, distributing meeting minutes, and following up for completion of action items for timely execution
  • Assist in the development of continuous improvement initiatives
  • Assist in the data entry for staffing plans
  • Coordinate departmental meetings, including agenda preparation, minute-taking, and follow-up on action items.
  • Additional duties as assigned to support the ICT Engineering Department
Here's What You'll Need
  • Education
    • Associate's degree or higher in Business Administration, Office Management, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
    • Equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience will be considered.
  • Experience
    • Minimum 2–3 years of administrative experience, preferably within a technology, engineering, or IT environment.
    • Experience supporting senior-level management or department heads.
  • Technical Skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, SharePoint).
    • Familiarity with IT service management (ITSM) tools or ticketing systems is an advantage.
    • Basic understanding of ICT concepts and terminology to facilitate effective communication within the department.
    • Experience with document management systems and electronic filing.
  • Core Competencies
    • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • High level of discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail.
    • Proactive problem-solving ability and a collaborative team-oriented mindset.
    • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Posted Salary Range: Minimum 43,800.00 Posted Salary Range: Upper 60,300.00

The base salary range for this position is $43,800.00 to $60,300.00; though will be paid hourly based on hours worked. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
