Role Overview
As a Data Engineer, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and optimizing scalable data solutions that empower digital transition initiatives. Your expertise will help drive production operation decision making, ensuring robust, efficient, and high-performance data operations.
Key Responsibilities
  • Designing, developing, and maintaining scalable data pipelines to ingest, process, and transform large volumes of structured and unstructured data from various sources.
  • Collaborating with data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders to align data engineering solutions with strategic goals and analytical needs.
  • Implementing and managing scalable data warehousing and storage solutions to support real-time and batch processing for data analytics and reporting.
  • Ensuring data quality, accuracy, and integrity by establishing automated data validation, cleansing, and governance processes.
  • Monitoring and troubleshooting data pipelines and database systems to proactively identify and resolve performance bottlenecks.
Required Qualifications
Education: Bachelor or Master's degree in computer science, Statistics, or a related field.
Experience: 2+ years of proven experience as a Data Engineer or in a related data engineering domain.
Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL and Python, with demonstrated experience building scalable, high-performance data pipelines. Hands-on expertise with big data technologies such as Databricks Spark. Extensive experience with cloud-based data platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Proficiency in data modeling, ETL/ELT processes, and advanced data integration techniques.
Compensation & Benefits
The pay range for this position is $60.00/hour to $75.00/hour. Benefits are available to eligible employees.
