Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative/Administrative Assistant. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service and be comfortable with administrative tasks. The role requires strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Data entry and maintenance of customer information in our CRM system
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
  • Perform general administrative tasks as needed
