Treatment Coordinator

Full Time| South Jordan and Lehi | This is an in-office position.


We are an elite oral surgery practice that is committed to exceptional care for our patients and first-class service to our referring doctors. We are growing and seeking a confident, compassionate, and detail-oriented Treatment Coordinator to play a key role in connecting our clinical expertise with an outstanding patient experience. In this position, you’ll serve as a trusted resource for patients—helping them understand their treatment plans, guiding them through financial options, and ensuring every interaction is handled with professionalism and care. If you enjoy building relationships, thrive in a fast-paced environment and want to be part of a high-performing team, we would love for you to join us as we continue to serve our community with all of their oral surgery needs. Previous oral surgery experience is a plus but not required.

Role and Responsibilities
  • Updates and maintains patient insurance information.
  • Maintains doctor schedule to ensure efficient use of the doctor’s time.
  • Partners with clinical team to ensure excellent patient experience.
  • Adheres to deadlines and prioritize work against the patient schedule.
  • Collects payments from patients in an effective and professional manner.
  • Understands doctor treatment recommendations and develops treatment plans from diagnosis.
  • Effectively communicates treatment options and associated costs to the patient.
  • Maintains confidentiality of all information in accordance with HIPAA.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
Education and Experience
  • Highschool diploma or equivalent required.
  • One year of customer service experience required.
  • Medical or dental experience preferred.
Skills and Abilities
  • Understanding of dental terminology.
  • Friendly, inviting, and professional personality and presence.
  • Basic office skills such as typing and filing.
  • Good organizational skills.
