Job Summary

Provides general operational support of business transactions and workflow for clinical departments. Interacts both effectively and professionally with internal and external customers. May be responsible for any non-clinical aspect of patient processing in clinical service areas including general clerical support, scheduling, insurance verification/authorization, medical records management, cash collection, charge entry, inventory and supplies requisition, and clinical support as assigned. Performs other duties as assigned.
