We are seeking a motivated and organized Dental billing specialist to join our team.   • Manage phone systems, including answering calls, scheduling appointments, and responding to inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Process patient information and insurance details while adhering to confidentiality regulations.
  • Utilize coding for billing and documentation purposes.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Ensure the front office area is organized and welcoming at all times.
  • Collaborate with medical staff to facilitate smooth operations within the clinic.
