Contract Manager

Location: Norwalk, CT - Hybrid - We are accepting candidates in the New York, New Jersey & Connecticut surrounding areas.

Our products are designed to be the fastest installing and most cost-effective in the industry.


We are looking to hire a Contract Manager to support the contract lifecycle (review, drafting, execution, tracking, and closeout) to enable business objectives and reduce contractual/compliance risk, while coordinating with internal teams and external parties, including maintaining records and supporting purchase order (PO) processes.


Contract Manager Role and Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and redline standard products and services agreements (contracts/subcontracts, NDAs, amendments) using templates; prepare redlines and short contract summaries.
  • Track key dates, deliverables, renewals, and milestones; maintain organized contract files and a basic tracking log/database.
  • Enter, update, and track contract and supplier documentation and ensure key data, status, and approvals are current.
  • Support statement of work (SOW) and purchase order (PO) review by confirming required terms/attachments, coordinating internal routing/approvals, and maintaining records.
  • Support proposal/bid activities by reviewing terms and flagging issues (scope, pricing terms, flow-downs, schedule, IP, confidentiality).
  • Coordinate with Legal, Finance, Business Development, Project Management, Logistics and Operations to gather inputs and ensure smooth execution and documentation.
  • Identify and escalate contractual and compliance risks; and respond to information/document requests.


Contract Manager Skills and Education Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience as a contract manager, legal ops, project coordination, or legal support involving agreements and documentation.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business; Legal) or related practical experience.
  • Working knowledge of basic contract concepts (terms/conditions, confidentiality, deliverables, change management) and comfort reading contract language.
  • Strong organization and attention to detail; able to manage multiple requests and keep records accurate.
  • Clear written and verbal communication; able to summarize key terms and follow up on outstanding items.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with contract management tools is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of contract principles, legal terminology, and compliance practices.


Salary: $65,000-$70,000 per year
