Job description

What it's like to be a Federated Client Service Representative

When our clients have a question, we need an exceptional Client Service Representative (CSR) to manage the relationship and provide excellent customer service ensuring that every interaction is a great experience, with efficient flawless service standards.

The most important characteristics for our CSR's are attention to detail and communication, working in a fast-paced office supporting a number of sales agents you'll be the go-to person in the office for questions from your colleagues.

If you are great at:

  • Delivering friendly, professional service through phonebased client interactions

  • Communicating clearly and confidently with both clients and internal partners

  • Managing multiple tasks and systems with confidence and accuracy

  • Staying organized and detailfocused in a highvolume environment

  • Adapting quickly during periods of change and tight timelines

  • Collaborating with teammates and internal partners

If you have:

  • An active OTL license or Level 1 RIBO License

  • Post-Secondary education (College or University)

  • 2+ years of experience in insurance, customer service, or a related field

  • Exceptional communication skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

  • Team-first mentality

We're committed to pay transparency and fairness. The base salary range for this position is $50,000 - $60,000, which reflects the expected base pay for the position. The actual base salary offered may vary depending on your experience, skills, and alignment with the role.
