Marketing Statement:

Philadelphia Insurance Companies, a member of the Tokio Marine Group, designs, markets and underwrites commercial property/casualty and professional liability insurance products for select industries. We are looking for a Claims Assistant to join our team!
Summary:
Provides administrative support to claims unit(s) and handles routine document tracking, internal/external customer/vendor communication and other basic claims functions.

A typical day will include the following:
Reviews and analyzes new claims for accuracy, completeness and eligibility.
Prepares and maintains reports and records for processing in line with established procedures.
Meets productivity and customer service targets.
Handles routine communications.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Bilingual preferred.
General computer proficiency.
Proficiency with MS Office products.
Ability to multi-task with strong organizational skills.


Pay Range $42,800 - $47,800.
Ultimate salary offered will be based on factors such as applicant experience and geographic location.
