Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated, high energy results-driven Roofing Sales Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will generate leads through door-to-door canvassing in targeted neighborhoods, perform roof inspections, and guide homeowners through repair or replacement options, including the insurance claim process when applicable. This is an excellent opportunity for a self-starter who thrives in a performance-based environment with strong earning potential.


Requirements


  • Generate new business through door-to-door canvassing (required)
  • Prospect targeted neighborhoods, especially following storm activity
  • Conduct roof inspections and assess storm-related or general damage
  • Educate homeowners on roofing options and the insurance claim process
  • Prepare and present estimates and proposals
  • Close sales and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Partner with project managers to ensure smooth scheduling and job completion
  • Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction and generate referrals  

Qualifications:

  • Comfortable with door-to-door canvassing as a daily requirement
  • Sales experience preferred; roofing or construction experience is a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and competitive drive
  • Comfortable working outdoors and climbing ladders
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Available to work evenings and weekends as needed
