Capital Claims Group is a licensed public adjusting firm representing homeowners, business owners, condominium associations, apartment complexes, and commercial property owners throughout multiple states.

We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Claims Support Administrator to become an important part of our growing team. This position supports our claims department by helping move insurance claims efficiently while providing outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with daily management of property insurance claims
  • Communicate professionally with homeowners, insurance companies, attorneys, contractors, and vendors
  • Follow up on outstanding claim documentation
  • Schedule inspections, meetings, mediations, appraisals, and recorded statements
  • Review claim files for completeness and accuracy
  • Upload, organize, and maintain electronic claim files
  • Track claim activity and document detailed file notes
  • Request policies, estimates, reports, photographs, and claim documents
  • Monitor deadlines and ensure timely follow-up
  • Support the claims team with administrative tasks and special projects
  • Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the claims process
