We are looking for a motivated ABA Spanish speaker Case Manager to join our team in Hollywood, Florida. This role is ideal for someone committed to helping families, providing excellent care, and making a real difference in children’s lives.

As the ABA Case Manager, you’ll coordinate and oversee client programs to ensure each child receives consistent, high-quality care. You’ll serve as a key point of contact for families and staff, support program implementation, and help maintain the center’s standards of excellence.  

Role Overview:  

  Program Coordination & Oversight  

  • Manage staff availability to guarantee continuous, high-quality client care.  

  • Use utilization data to review client programs and ensure consistent, reliable service.  

  • Support families by highlighting the benefits of ongoing therapy and active engagement.  

      Family & Provider Support  

  • Serve as the main point of contact for parents and providers, addressing questions, needs, concerns, and connecting them to additional resources.  

  • Engage with families and staff professionally, with care and sensitivity  

      Training & Staff Development  

  • Assist with onboarding and training of new staff to support seamless integration into the team.  

  • Provide guidance and support to staff to help them follow center standards and best practices.  

      Additional Responsibilities  

  • Perform other duties assigned to support the overall success of the center
