WHAT YOU WILL DO AT VIZANCE

  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for an assigned book of business. Respond to client questions and concerns promptly.
  • Policy Management: Analyze and evaluate clients' insurance needs to design insurance solutions. Review and update insurance policies. Assist clients in policy renewals.
  • Carrier Communication: Collaborate with insurance carriers to obtain quotes, endorsements, and policy documents. Act as a liaison between clients and insurance carriers.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and organized client records.
  • Market Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends, insurance products, and changes in personal lines insurance regulations.

Requirements:

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO VIZANCE

  • Two or more years of Personal Lines experience in an insurance agency
  • Valid WI Property and Casualty insurance license, preferred
  • Knowledge of Applied Epic is helpful, but not required
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Desire to be part of a growing team
