ADP is hiring a Director, Strategic Carrier Relations
  • Are you an experienced professional with a deep understanding of the Benefits Carrier industry?
  • Can you develop strategic relationships that drive both new partnerships and growth of existing partnerships?
  • Do you have a passion for identifying innovative methods to enhance and streamline both process and technology to improve the customer journey?

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing against ADP Major Account's Benefit Carrier Integration partnership strategy while ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of service to Workforce Now Benefits clients with Carrier integrations.
You will make your mark by successfully driving strategic and transformational partnerships with key benefit carriers and brokers focused on API integration with ADP Workforce Now. Your industry expertise and customer focus will be instrumental to drive acquisition of new carrier partnerships and to grow and retain existing partnerships.
To thrive in this role, you will have proven experience working with benefit carriers, and/or brokers, and/or product development and Information Technology teams across Health & Welfare, Payroll Deduction Products (HSA, FSA), Medical, and/or Absence Management. You are an expert in your field and leverage data to drive new opportunities for effective partnerships. You are passionate about delivering new and innovative solutions to market that delight our carriers and mutual clients by enabling seamless integrations and digital experiences with ADP products and services.
What you can expect on a typical day:
  • Drive Strategic Relationships. You will leverage your industry expertise to build, grow, and retain strategic relationships with benefits carriers and support their successful onboarding and integration. You will evaluate, implement, and communicate strategies to improve efficiency, reduce errors, and deliver seamless integration with the highest quality.
  • Improve the Client Experience. You will proactively identify opportunities to enhance and improve the benefit carrier integration process with a focus on modern API technology and enhanced digital experiences across our platforms. You will lead with a solution-oriented and innovative approach to incorporate new technology, methodologies and/or processes through the lens of increasing productivity, efficiency, quality, and improved client experiences.

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:
  • 7+ years' experience in a client service and/ or implementation environment and/or management in HR/Benefits/ Insurance Product development and management where you had direct interaction with clients and/or external Partners.
  • Exceptional business and financial acumen, communication/ presentation skills, and sound business judgment.
  • Highly collaborative with a partner mindset
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced and ever-changing environment.
  • Proven experience working within complex internal and external cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to build and grow strong relationships with internal partners across technology, product, implementation, service, and legal.
  • Comfortable working closely with Senior Level Executives across the organization.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Experience preforming data analysis as input to ROI development.
  • Ability to travel 20%-30% in the Continental US
