Key Requirements and Technology Experience:


  • Must have skills: - MTS, ACH, Pep+, FTM, RDC

  • At least 8 years of experience in creating requirement specifications based on Architecture/Design /Detailing of Processes
  • At least 8 years of experience with Agile methodologies (preferably Agile Scrum) as a Business Analyst
  • At least 8years of experience in one or more of the following Financial Services / Banking domains / Banking products
  • Excellent understanding of Payment application (MTS, ACH, Pep+, FTM, RDC) and formats like SWIFT, ISO20222, BAI.
  • Hands on experience with MT/MX and FedNow Initiative.
  • Hands on experience in Payment Hub and various Payments Engine experience.
  • Understand the end to end flow of payments from Initiation to message generation. Various stages of payments including orchestration and execution.
  • At least 5 years of experience in capturing requirements related to internal/external consulting, documenting, and mapping current business process
  • Prior experience in implementing Payments application for commercial clients.
  • Understand the technical mapping elements and mapping of request and responses
  • Certified POPM from Scaled Agile or similar Agile framework.
  • Lead the scrum team’s priorities in PI planning, sprint planning, and other agile ceremonies, working in collaboration with core technical team, product managers, experience design, & a variety of technology partners
  • Good understanding of Digital and Core Banking application and understands the interfaces around it.
  • Good understanding of Corporate, Investment Banking Digital application and business process
  • Managed Customer onboarding and CRM applications.
  • Good understanding of Digital and Core Banking application and understands the interfaces around it.
  • Align with product managers to clearly articulate product strategy to the scrum team and define MVP along based on prioritization techniques.
  • Operate with little supervision and troubleshoot complex problems, to recommend appropriate actions
  • Partner with solution architects and other technical leads to ensure their solutions effectively address program priorities while balancing client experience and technical integrity
  • Write user stories & groom the scrum team’s backlog; in partnership with the team
  • Manage release-specific business documents, such as support models, go/no-go approvals, internal release notes, and more
  • Provide product demos to key stakeholders
  • Lead production business validations, in partnership with product managers
  • Excellent understanding of Payments interface system
  • Lead Agile ceremonies, backlog grooming and product prioritization meetings.
