Job Overview:

We are seeking a dependable Bookkeeper with 5+ years of bookkeeping experience to join a growing team in West Hollywood. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, and the successful candidate will manage core bookkeeping activities, maintain accurate records, and help ensure timely processing of transactions.


Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate financial records by recording daily transactions and keeping bookkeeping data organized and up to date.
  • Reconcile bank statements and internal financial records regularly to identify discrepancies and ensure reporting accuracy.
  • Use QuickBooks to enter, review, and manage accounting information across routine bookkeeping functions.
  • Assist with information and supporting documentation for internal review or standard accounting activities.
  • Complete monthly reconciliations for credit cards, investigating and correcting discrepancies as needed.
  • Post financial transactions in databases.

Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience with QuickBooks is required.
  • 5+ years of bookkeeping experience
  • Working knowledge of general bookkeeping principles, including accounts payable, and bank reconciliations.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy across multiple tasks.
  • Detail-oriented and reliable work habits and consistent follow-through in managing assigned responsibilities.
  • Experience in a fast-paced high-volume accounting environment.

This position is onsite 5 days a week at our West Hollywood Office


Compensation:

$25 to $35 per hour
