Job Description
  • Call insurance companies and use insurance company portals to verify patient benefits prior to the patients office visit.
  • Verify payments required (Co-Pays, Co-Insurance, Deductibles)
  • Ensure all authorization are properly documented in the system
  • Communicates effectively with staff, secretaries and physicians as needed.
  • Contact patient if information is not correct or if unable to verify benefits for any reason.
Qualifications
  • 1 year experience in benefits/insurance authorization in a medical office

  • Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
