QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 4+ years of experience with personal injury, property losses and commercial disputes.
  • Experience with bad faith claims or employment law is a plus.
  • 4-6 years of experience as a Litigation Associate.
  • Posses a strong legal research and writing background.
