A little about the position:

Job Summary

As a Fiberglass Pool Manufacturing Associate, you will work as part of a team to manufacture high-quality fiberglass swimming pools. This hands-on role involves applying coatings and materials, assembling pool components, and contributing to a safe and efficient production environment.

Some of What You Will Do:

  • Work as part of a team to manufacture fiberglass pools
  • Apply gel, resin, and related coatings using hand tools and spray equipment
  • Assemble and install pool components and accessories
  • Work safely around heavy equipment, including cranes, telehandlers, and forklifts
  • Follow quality standards to ensure exceptional workmanship and customer satisfaction

Physical & Environmental Requirements

  • Prolonged standing for 8 to 12-hour shifts
  • Frequent bending, reaching, stooping, and overhead work
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Required use of personal protective equipment (PPE), including safety glasses, hard hats, gloves, protective clothing, and safety footwear
  • Regular exposure to dust, fumes, odors, noise, and varying temperatures depending on weather conditions

Fiberglass manufacturing experience is highly preferred. Starting wages may be adjusted based on relevant knowledge, skills, and experience.
