We currently have an opportunity for an Insurance Associate to join our team on a hybrid work schedule. The selected individual will play a key role on the account team interacting with clients to assess their needs and contribute to the presentation of tailored insurance solutions.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the account team on ongoing reporting and projects including vendor specifications, selection, implementation, communication.
  • Facilitate carrier calls regarding routine and urgent requests for outstanding tasks.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate client records, policy documentation, and other data.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert to clients answering questions and providing supporting account data.
  • Develop sustainable carrier relationships that allow team members to stay informed of updates, changes and opportunities.
  • Serve as a liaison to clients regarding all aspects of their account.
  • Work with vendors regarding claims, eligibility, and ongoing service.
  • Attend and complete any training sessions or assignments as required.
  • Present a professional image as a representative of the company.
  • Establish and maintain effective professional working relationships with co-workers, and every level of management.
    • Communicate with co-workers, management, clients, and others in a courteous and professional manner.
    • Conform with and abide by all regulations, policies, work procedures, and instructions.
  • Responsible for completing all assigned tasks or projects, as needed.
  • Other job responsibilities as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree from an accredited 4 year college or university
  • A current insurance license or willingness to obtain an insurance license within 90 days of employment.
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with computer systems, including but not limited to Microsoft Office.
  • Mastery of virtual technology, including meeting scheduling, video display and screen sharing.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • High level attention to detail is essential.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
