As a Personal Insurance Associate for our Renewal Team, you will help protect individuals most valuable assets. In this role, you will provide outstanding client service through your positive, friendly manner while educating clients in your excellent product knowledge in habitational, travel, and automobile insurance.

A day in the life -

  • Proactively engage with clients prior to their policy renewals to review existing coverage, identify potential gaps, and provide tailored insurance solutions to meet their evolving needs.

  • Build and nurture relationships with clients by offering exceptional service and ensuring their policies are up-to-date and accurately reflect their circumstances.

  • Generate and identify cross-sell opportunities by reviewing clients' portfolios and recommending additional products or services that add value and enhance coverage.

  • Achieve retention goals and client satisfaction targets through diligent follow-up and personalized attention to renewal details.

  • Stay informed and knowledgeable about Personal Lines products, ensuring the ability to provide expert advice and solutions.

  • Enjoy flexibility with a hybrid role that allows for a combination of in-branch and remote work

What you will bring to the team -

  • Minimum 1-year Personal Insurance experience

  • Level 2 General Insurance License is an asset, but not required

  • Desire and proactive ability to deliver exceptional client service

  • Demonstrated ability to work in a high-volume, fast paced team environment

  • Keen eye for detail and high sense of urgency

  • Strong communication skills in both written and verbal

  • Demonstrated ability to drive sales initiatives

  • Industry designation would be considered an asset (CIP, CAIB, CRM, General Insurance & Risk Management Diploma)

Salary Expectations -

The expected salary range for this position is $45,000 to $55,000 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate's skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position's business line, scope, and level.
