  • Partner crossโ€‘functionally with portfolio management, marketing, legal, and finance teams to coordinate deliverables and timelines.
  • Serve as a key liaison for RFP/RFI responses and consultant database updates, supporting business development efforts.
  • Support regulatory and governance requirements, including preparation of fund board materials.
  • Build deep product and market knowledge through ongoing collaboration with portfolio managers and CPMs.
  • Support distribution efforts by delivering insights, analysis, and timely responses to internal sales teams and client requests.
  • Analyze competitive landscape and industry trends (e.g., Lipper, Morningstar, eVestment) to inform product positioning and goโ€‘toโ€‘market strategy.
Requirements

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on continuous improvement, innovation, and driving change.
  • Strong drive for results with a commitment to excellence.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong interpersonal capabilities.
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree required; Series 7 & 63 licenses required or willingness to obtain.
Compensation
