  • Active or pending, unencumbered licensure to practice as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in the state of Maine
  • Active or pending DEA Certification in the state of Maine
  • Board Certification
  • Active BLS certification
  • Maintain continuing education appropriate for scope of practice and licensure
