Job description

Accurate Group, an Industry leader in technology-driven appraisal management and title services, is seeking a Valuation Escalation Specialist to join our growing team. The Valuation Escalation Specialist processes daily client service requests for valuation orders.  The individual is available as direct contact for the Valuation clients for an escalated issue or questions on orders.  This position takes direct action to resolve issues for the clients.   The individual is experienced in the valuation department and able to work independently.     

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

•    Answer valuation client emails and calls in a timely manner regarding orders and questions.   

•    Provide solutions to clients.    

•    Able to make quick decisions to facilitate quick delivery of appraisals.   

•    Complete understanding of all Valuation clients’ service request.   

•    Work independently with little supervision on basic issues. More advanced, escalated items will be brought to management attention.    

•    Direct contact for the Valuation clients.  

•     Current or prior appraisal service experience and experience using Archer.


Successful candidates will have the following proven skills:

•    Two to Four years’ Appraisal/ Valuation experience preferred. 

•    Self-motivated employee, with ability to work in a fast-paced environment with an attention to detail and thoroughness.

•    Required skills include professional verbal and written communication skills and strong ability to multitask.

•    Ability to read, analyze, and interpret the most complex documents.  Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints.  Ability to write speeches and articles using original or innovative techniques or style.  Ability to make effective and persuasive speeches and presentations on controversial or complex topics to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors.

•    Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry.  Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations

•    Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.

•    Experience in using Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook 

Job Type: Full-time/ Remote

Salary: $22.00 to $30.00

Schedule: Monday -Friday (8-hour shifts) 8am to 5pm PCT
