POSITION TITLE: Insurance Sales Agent

STATUS: Exempt

LOCATION: Albemarle County office in Charlottesville, VA

REPORTS TO: Agency Manager

COMPENSATION RANGE:

Average First-Year Total Compensation: $52,000 $125,000 annually (inclusive of base salary)

Base Salary: $37,000 $52,000 annually (dependent upon location and established book of business)

Were looking to hire a full-time Insurance Sales Agent to work in our Albemarle County Office. This position will service existing accounts while growing new business in the surrounding area.

Our Insurance Sales Agents start with an existing book of business, a base salary and the potential for additional income from a variety of sources:
