  • Process customer policy change requests.
  • Secure all Trailing Documents from customers.
  • Complete Evidence of Insurance requests.
  • Develop new Financial Services opportunities.
  • Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program.
  • Answer incoming phone calls on the first ring.
  • Return all phone messages promptly.
Requirements
  • Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
  • Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
  • A Property Casualty insurance license is required or willingness to obtain prior to start date.
  • A Life Health Insurance license is required or willingness to obtain prior to start date.
