Position Overview

State Farm Insurance Agent located in Manchester, NH is seeking an outgoing, career-oriented professional that can recognize opportunities & strategically turn leads into long-lasting customer relationships. As a State Farm team member for Richard Lombardi - State Farm Agent, you will build and develop customer relationships within the community to promote State Farm products including auto, home and life insurance. If you are a motivated self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, then this is your opportunity for a rewarding career with excellent income and growth potential. Anticipated salary is posted but may vary based on experience.

Responsibilities

  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
  • Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverage, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions and billing clarification.
  • Proactive in problem solving.
  • Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.

Requirements

  • Must be available to work the following schedule: Monday - Friday; 9am - 5pm.
  • Self-confidence, perseverance, the ability to remain positive and maintain progress towards a goal in spite of obstacle or adversity.
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal & listening.
  • Detail oriented.

  • Property & Casualty license (must obtain during employment)
