Our client's Financial Services & Insurance Firm located in the Glen Mills, PA area is growing rapidly and looking to add a key employee. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 2+ years of experience in insurance sales as a Insurance Agent or similar role
  • 1+ year of experience in direct Medicare Insurance sales
  • Current PA Life, Accident, and Health Licensing
  • CRM Software experience (Example: Redtail, Salesforce, Wealthbox, ACT, etc.)
  • Office Software Products experience (Example: Docusign, TeamUp, MS Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)
  • Video Meeting Application experience (Example: Zoom, MS Teams, Skype, etc.)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • College Degree in Finance, Business or related field of study is a plus

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Prioritizing client needs and helping to create solutions is an important part of their culture and at the core of everything our client does. As an Insurance Agent / Licensed Medicare Insurance Agent you will:
  • Identify new leads follow up with clients regarding renewals, plan reviews, and coverage questions
  • Establish trust and confidence with clients and referral partners, responding to any insurance related issue being discussed and solutions offered
  • Educate clients on Medicare options, including Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement (Medigap), and prescription drug plans
  • Conduct needs-based consultations to assess healthcare coverage requirements
  • Compare plan options and provide personalized recommendations
  • Assist clients with enrollment applications and policy changes
  • Maintain compliance with Medicare and insurance regulations
  • Attend training sessions and stay current on Medicare plan changes and carrier updates.
  • Document client interactions accurately in CRM and agency systems.
  • Meet established monthly, quarterly and annual sales and performance goals
  • Ability and availability to participate in 1-2 evening seminars per month
  • Develop effective working relationships with all members of the firm, affiliates and vendors, ultimately resulting in effective, high-quality service for clients
