POSITION DESCRIPTION:
State Farm Insurance Agent located in Houston, TX seeking a positive, outgoing, & career-oriented professionals to join our team. As a team member for Brett Campo - State Farm Agent, you will build and develop valuable relationships within the community to promote State Farm products including auto, home, and life insurance and provide customer service.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claims submissions, and billing clarification.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
