Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Property & Casualty license required 
  • Minimum or two years of relevant work experience 
  • Associates or bachelors degreed strongly preferred 
  • Working knowledge of insurance terminology, coverages, and endorsements
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
 
Job Description:
This is a licensed Insurance Sales position specializing in commercial Property & Casualty insurance. In this role, you will handle inbound calls from business owners and prospective insureds seeking insurance quotes and policy information.
There is no cold calling or outbound prospecting, customers are contacting you for coverage. You will assess risk, explain policy terms and endorsements, present pricing options, and close sales while ensuring compliance with state regulations and underwriting guidelines.

  • Provide inbound sales support for commercial auto insurance policies
  • Quote, bind, and explain Property & Casualty insurance coverage
  • Evaluate risk and determine policy terms in accordance with underwriting guidelines
  • Respond to coverage, billing, and endorsement inquiries
  • Assist customers with electronic payments and recurring transaction setup
  • Present pricing options and close insurance sales directly with customers
  • Support internal documentation and compliance requirements
  • Handle confidential customer information with professionalism
