As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Tyler Hood - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. Responsibilities include:

  • Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.

Qualifications include:

I am a proud graduate of Georgia Southern University. We currently have 6 team members at our agency.
