Provide exceptional telephone support to our Medicare clients.

Qualifications

Required

Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written).

Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or high-volume phone environment.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Comfortable using computers and learning new software.

Positive attitude with a genuine desire to help others.

Professional phone etiquette and strong listening skills.

Reliable, dependable, and a collaborative team player.

Preferred

Experience in Medicare, health insurance, or the insurance industry is a plus, but not required.

Customer service experience in healthcare or financial services is also a plus.
