Role Description The Insurance Agent role at Blue Peak Insurance Agency is a full-time, on-site position based in Peoria, IL. In this role, the Insurance Agent will meet with prospective and existing clients to assess their insurance needs, explain coverage options, and recommend appropriate policies. Daily responsibilities include generating leads, preparing quotes, processing applications, and managing policy renewals and changes. The Insurance Agent will handle client inquiries, resolve issues related to claims or billing, and maintain accurate records in the agencyโ€™s systems. This role also involves collaborating with colleagues to support agency goals and participating in local outreach or networking activities to grow the client base.
