SIDING & EXTERIOR CLADDING INSTALLERS

ALL SKILL LEVELS – W-2 POSITIONS

Sentinel Government Services LLC is expanding and hiring Siding and Exterior Cladding Installers at all skill levels, from entry-level helpers to highly experienced installers, foremen, and crew leaders.

We perform commercial, federal, industrial, and residential exterior construction and are looking for dependable people who want steady W-2 employment, opportunities to travel, and room to advance within a growing company.

SYSTEMS WE INSTALL

Our crews install a wide range of exterior siding, cladding, and wall systems, including:

  • James Hardie Fiber Cement Siding
  • Longboard Architectural Siding
  • Nichiha Architectural Wall Panels
  • Metal Wall Panel Systems
  • Insulated Metal Panels (IMP)
  • Steel Siding
  • Architectural metal siding and cladding
  • Exterior trim and accessories
  • Flashing and sheet metal
  • Weather barriers and building-envelope components
  • Related commercial exterior systems

ENTRY-LEVEL INSTALLERS / HELPERS

Experience is not required.

We are willing to train individuals who:

  • Show up consistently and on time
  • Have a strong work ethic
  • Are willing to learn a skilled construction trade
  • Can safely use basic hand and power tools
  • Are comfortable working outdoors and at heights
  • Want an opportunity to advance based on performance

EXPERIENCED INSTALLERS

We are looking for installers with experience in one or more of the following:

  • Hardie siding
  • Longboard
  • Nichiha
  • Metal wall panels
  • IMP systems
  • Steel siding
  • Architectural metal
  • Commercial exterior cladding

Experienced installers should be capable of measuring, laying out, cutting, fitting, and installing exterior systems while maintaining high standards for appearance, weather-tightness, safety, and production.

LEAD INSTALLERS / FOREMEN

Experienced leaders are encouraged to apply.

Qualified candidates should be able to:

  • Read construction drawings and details
  • Perform wall and panel layout
  • Understand flashing and water-management details
  • Coordinate penetrations, openings, corners, trims, and transitions
  • Install systems according to manufacturer specifications
  • Lead and train crew members
  • Maintain jobsite safety and quality-control standards
  • Meet production schedules
  • Communicate effectively with project management

EMPLOYMENT

These are W-2 employee positions — NOT 1099 subcontract positions.

Compensation is based on:

  • Experience
  • Skill level
  • Systems you are qualified to install
  • Production capabilities

  • Ability to read plans and execute work independently

Entry-level through experienced foreman positions are available.

BASIC REQUIREMENTS

  • Dependable transportation
  • Strong attendance and work ethic
  • Ability to perform physical construction work
  • Comfortable working from ladders, scaffolding, lifts, and elevated work areas
  • Ability to follow OSHA and company safety requirements
  • Professional jobsite conduct
  • Willingness to travel when required
  • Valid driver's license preferred
  • OSHA, aerial lift, fall-protection, and other construction certifications are a plus
