Familiarity with insulation materials, power tools, measuring devices, and sometimes OSHA safety certifications is typically required. Attention to detail, physical stamina, and effective teamwork are valuable soft skills in this role. These abilities are essential to ensure insulation is installed efficiently, safely, and up to code, improving energy efficiency and occupant comfort.
